The Ashma 20 Liter Jar Plant is a comprehensive water purification system designed to ensure safe, clean, and mineral-enriched water for jar packaging. The plant features a multi-stage process, starting with a raw water pump and progressing through chlorine dosing, oxidation, iron removal, activated carbon filtration, and micron filtration. It includes a high-pressure pump, RO membrane for advanced purification, and an SS skid for durability. Additional features such as an antiscaling dosing system, automatic control panel, ALFA UV disinfection, and added mineral dosing system enhance water quality. The system concludes with a storage tank, making it an ideal solution for commercial water jar production.
