Ashma Automatic D.M Plant

The Ashma Automatic D.M Plant is a fully automatic demineralization plant designed for removing mineral salts from water using an ion-exchange process. It is ideal for industries that require highly purified water, such as distilleries and commercial sectors. The process involves the use of acid-regenerated cation resin and caustic-regenerated anion resin to remove dissolved minerals like silica and carbon dioxide from water, providing high-quality demineralized water for industrial applications. The system operates with an inlet flow rate of 100 m³/hour and a treatment capacity of 500 LPH (liters per hour), ensuring continuous, efficient water purification.
